Completed an initial phone screening that lasted about 15 minutes. Explanation about the company, the position and person they are looking for. Gave her a short explanation about how I thought I'd be a good fit and within the week someone got intouch to shedule an in-person interview. The in-person interview was a 2 hour process. Two managers for an hour and another two mangers for another hour. Mostly typical interview questions, biggest weakness/strength, where you see yourself in 5/10 years, why I want the position, etc. - all read from a script. I would say they didn't seem too friendly - probably to avoid giving away too much.
