Employee referral, which a couple weeks later got me a phone interview. A week later I was asked to come down for an in person interview, which consisted of four 30-minute one-on-one interviews and a 1.5 hour lunch. Questions were largely about my experience, why I wanted to work at ICF, what my career goals are. A few behavioral "explain a time when you learned ____" were thrown in the mix. Overall, it was conversational and pleasant.

Two interview rounds. The first interview was more about getting know each other, interests, the team. The second interview was with more senior staff members, a bit more on talking about technical abilities and interests, followed by a case study writing assignment. The assignment took 2.5h and was adequate for the level that I applied for.
The process took a long time. Sometimes I did not hear anything for several weeks and had to chase them, other times they were super responsive and called me spontaneously to discuss expectations. Overall positive and friendly, but at times inconsistent!
Panel interview with multiple people. Lasted two hours. Panelists were nice and professional. Described the position, asked a series of about 10 questions, asked about interest in topical area of project and technical skills.
