It was a telephonic screening and they later invited me for a face to face at their site with the team and tested my patience a lot with a flow of various questions. They scan each and every point from your resume so be prepared well for what you mention in your CV.

There are about three rounds. First round was a chat with recruiter. Follow by a technical interview and a coding challenge. I was schedule for the final round, but the interviewers cancel the interview one hour before the meeting without any reasons. I follow up and they promise to reschedule, but never did. Two week later, got a rejection email saying, "Thank You for interviewing with us for the final round". Which is a complete lie and wasted my time. Their HR really need to be more organized.
I had one soft skill interview with a senior consultant as my first round and then three interviews where I had to speak to my experiences in my technical background while running them through some projects I have done.

Entrevista
The ICF personnel came to my school and interviewed me on campus at our student center. They were very relate-able and friendly. Not a lot of technical questions just a brief overview but a lot of questions about my personality.
