      A Deceptive, Time-Wasting Process with No Integrity Pros: Initially presented themselves as professional, with multiple interview rounds involving senior leadership, but this facade quickly crumbled due to their unethical practices. Cons: Deceptive From the Start: The company strung me along for months, creating the illusion that they were genuinely interested in hiring me. After a promise of an offer, they suddenly rejected me for reasons that were blatantly clear from my CV at the very beginning. This was not merely poor communication; it was a calculated and disgraceful act of deceit. Manipulation to Extract Information: It became glaringly obvious that they were using the interview process as a means to extract valuable insights and information from me without any intention of making an actual offer. After wasting my time with lengthy interviews, they offered nothing but flimsy excuses for their rejection. Evasiveness: Throughout the entire process, the company consistently avoided providing straightforward answers about the role, expectations, compensation, and their own performance in the market. This lack of transparency and accountability was infuriating and demonstrated a blatant disregard for the candidates’ time and efforts. Unethical Practices: The promise of an offer followed by an abrupt rejection after extensive interviews is a clear indication that this company operates in bad faith. It appears they had no intention of hiring anyone and were merely trying to see how much they could extract from me before pulling the rug out. Such tactics are not just unprofessional; they are wholly unethical. Advice to Management: It is time to stop misleading candidates. Your manipulative and deceptive hiring process is nothing more than a desperate attempt to gather free information while promising an offer that you never intended to honor. You must be transparent from the outset about the role and respect the time and effort of those you interview. Your current practices reflect a profound lack of integrity and ethics.
