Total of 4 rounds - expedited as a friend of a friend worked in the same department
Round 1 - HR screen - why IBM? salary expectations?
Round 2 - Delivery Manager - can you come to office 3-5 days a week? Weird vibes - he says like "looking at your career path you don't seem like a fit for a delivery consultant". Me - what makes you say that?
Round 3 - Team Lead - the most professional and pleasant interview. A few basic Linux and Service Delivery questions.
Round 4 - Technical Manager - why 3 jobs in the last 3 years?
