Phone screen with and then one-on-one. Asked various questions regarding professional interests, what responsibilities i was willing to take on, described what they were looking for and then provided office tour.

Why do I want to work there? What makes me qualified to do?
After reviewing my application, I had a phone screening conversation with an HR representative. This was followed by an in person interview with the HR rep and supervisor, which included a skills assessment.
