Didn't ask anything. They make you pay then to get a job. If you can pay you will get job. They exploit freshers by paying them nothing. Saying that they don't Know anything and they don't have any experience. My advice to anyfresher joining any company is you know a lot. A 10th standard pass out cannot do things that you can do. You hold a degree in engineering. And knowledge. Never settle for peanut salaries just because you are desperate to get a job. Begging has more dignity and to be honest you are degrading yiur own value and other engineers value. If you agree to work for 1000 rupees then the next person is also forced to. Never agree to salary lesser than yiu actually deserve. And the company doesn't have a fair salary policy. They are happy to pay lesser amount than average salary in industry..
