Short, easy, comfortable. I was asked mostly about my background and what I wanted to get out of the company. I was asked about my skills, likes, dislikes. I was then shown around the entire place, then asked to do a basic sewing test. Very small, cozy company. I was offered the job immediately after the test. Caught me off guard, of course.
