Interviewer was welcoming and friendly. Professional and asked a lot about previous teaching experience. Questions related to classroom management, activities in class, and student participation. Detailed about job expectations and working environment.

If you have young students that have trouble focusing, what techniques can you use to engage them in the class?
Friendly. Held at their HQ in person. Met two interviewers. Sometimes the questions can be difficult. It is advisable to prepare yourself thoroughly and give the questions a bit of thought before answering. Overall manageable.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth and professional. First interview was online with the centre managers, and the subsequent interview was in HQ with the head of the departments (English and Math separately). They asked a series of questions to check my suitability for the role, after which I was tasked to do a series of tests/quizzes and presentations.
