Recruiter was very disorganized. Mistakenly sent a rejection form email even though I was already told I would advance and had to ask why for her to realize her mistake.
Eventually after several rounds received yet another boilerplate rejection email (very crass - especially after so many rounds). Had to ask again for feedback (since there was a track record of disorganization and mismanagement of candidate information).

Not too many questions. They talked a lot about how their customer support team and operations team is failing and uncomfortably talked negatively about their staff. (red flag).
Additionally, they were not clear on roles and responsibilities after asking each interviewer.
