I was given a coding challenge to complete in 1 day. This was a take home challenge. My first interview, I was asked to discuss my attempt and my answer. I passed that interview. Thereafter I was interviewed my the Executive Manager. This was more of a conversation. I got an offer a week later.
They schedule a quick call for a screening, then give you a technical assessment to complete over a few days (better to hand it in quickly), and then some more interviews.

3 stage interview process. First a 45 minute of yourself attempting a coding challenge, second a competency call and third an executive call. The entire process took around 3 weeks.

The interview process was thorough and professional. With a tough take-home test, I spent 48 hours actively solving the problem before submitting my solution. After that, the process easied up, and I attended a virtual cultural fit interview and finalized it with an executive interview.
