The final interview started off with a strength based interview with two team leader. Then, it proceeds with an analytical test and a written test for about an hour.

There were two online tests - numeracy and situational judgement - then one phone interview with HR and one video interview with two actuaries. The online tests functioned well and were relatively short. The interviews were both friendly, straightforward and reasonable.

Started off with standard online application and assessment. A telephone interview followed with a member of the HR team, mainly motivational and competency questions as well as asking for your team and location preferences. Final round interview was in the office, included a 10 minute presentation on a pensions topic, and mostly competency questions afterwards.

First it was a serious of online assessments, followed with a phone interview, and then a teams call interview with the staff. It was very relaxed and chill, questions were competency related and what you know about the company.
