They came to the career fair at my college campus. After a brief interview I was called for a another interview the next day. Over here the set up was much more personal and professional. I was interviewed by a Hyland employee for over 10 years and he asked all sorts of questions ranging from behavioral to technical to even ridiculous. I just kept up and tried building a rapport with him. In the end it proved to be an unsuccessful attempt, but hey it was my 1st interview and I learned quite a bit from it.

Both interviews were professional and well-organized. The interviewers were friendly, respectful, and gave me a good understanding of the role and the team. Overall, I had a good experience and appreciated the clear communication throughout the process.

Relatively relaxed and encouraging interview process. Interviewers ensured I was comfortable and made it a pleasant experience.
First phone call was very informal and non-technical, whereas the second has a few more scenario and competency questions.
