The interview process is very lengthy, as half of the time the interviewers are very busy with their own work and therefore they will schedule your interview after 2-3 weeks. So, after scheduling my interview in the 3rd week, 1 of the interview didn't show up and they conducted the technical interview again after 2 weeks. So, this time, instead of 1, 5 interviewers showed up. The more funny thing about Hyland is that they will select you for a higher role when you have applied for all the entry level and associate roles, and the interviewer will ask you why Developer II instead of Developer I because they don't know heck about what all positions you have applied for and the Hackerrank process that you have already given and cleared. The interviewers during the video call looked like they were not at all interested in conducting the interview. The company is really good in terms of products and services but there interviewing process is really bad.
