The interview process took about 3-4 weeks and consisted of a phone call with a recruiter. The next step was a discussion with the Director of Design (the hiring manager), and then the last step was a 1 hour portfolio review with the team I would be potentially working with. Overall a great interview process in my opinion. I really appreciated not having to do free work in the form of a design exercise. Instead I was allowed to describe my design process and showcase my work. Normally that should be enough to know whether you and the company will be a good fit or not. The team also allowed me to ask them some questions as well during the final interview. I was able to ask any imploring questions I wanted in order to get a feel for how they like to work as well.
