I was called for an interview at a career fair. I felt over dressed many people in jeans flip flops and very casual clothing. I waited about 30 minutes to an hour. Some people waited much longer than I did. I was finally interviewed in a room with a bunch of small round tables with several other interviews around. I found it very distracting. On my way home I realized the interviewer did not take my reference packet they had us fill out while waiting to be interviewed.
