It was a very simple interview, they just asked the basics, what are your strengths, weaknesses, why do you want to work here. The most important thing was to be dressed professional and to smile a lot and have a bubbly personality
In person interview with GM and AGM. Questions related to past work experience that I have on other hotels and how I deal with difficult customers and some hard cases.
The interview was fairly easy. I wasn't asked about random Hyatt information, and the interview was based more around how well I would fit on a team as well as improve customer satisfaction.

Walked in and picked up a paper copy of the application, and got an interview as soon as I turned it in. They have a drug screening immediately after the interview.
