The interview process is light and friendly, low pressure, and people oriented. The Hiring manager was efficient, and informed abut the position, and the qualifications he was looking for, he mentioned that a big hurdle was the drug screen and he was genuinely happy to give me a tour of the facility while we interviewed.
Management is nice and straightforward. Honestly it was about 4-5 questions mostly going over job description and hours. That was a little while ago. Might be a different manager now.
Great talk, very respectful and professional managers. Loved working there. The interview was supposed to be just 15 minutes and ended up being a 1 hour chat. Amazing experience, very constructive for me.
