I applied online at Hyatt's website for night auditor and completed a personality test. I was actually contacted a month later for an interview. I received a phone call requesting a 1:1 interview the next day. The interview was about 20 minutes long and pretty easy. I was asked about a past customer service experience, what I enjoy about my job, why the hospitality industry, what i would do in certain situations, my availability, etc. I was being considered for two different postions because my schedule was very open. The night auditor postion was $10 per hour, and gallery host position was $9 per hour. I was told I would be contacted within 2 days either way. I was offered the gallery host position and then came in to fill out paperwork and do the background check.
