I fill the out the application online and then the next day the HR called me ask me some question like "How do you handle Rude customers" "How do you work under stress" and if working over night would be a problem. After that she scheduled an onsite interview for the next day. She ask me some of the same question the day before she asked about my experience. and what would my employers say about me and what would my friends say about me. She did express to me that she thought that I was very customer oriented and the job didnt require me to be around customers that much and she thought that I would be bored in the position. I reassured her that I would be fine with not working with customers on an everyday bases. she then asked me to stay to meet the GM for a second interview he didnt ask me that many question he wanted to know if I was dependable, If I planned on staying in the position for more than six month. After that he offered me the position

I recieved a phone call the day before my interview informing me about the interview. I met with the HR rep and told that I would meet with another manager the following day.
