Relatively informal, was over the phone, quick and friendly. I did however do my training at HVA, so I am unsure if it would be more hurdle-filled for outside hires.

There was a one on one interview with fairly straightforward questions. The interview is followed by a quiz to test your knowledge. After the quiz, I received a job offer right away.

It was an interview with around 3 people that talked about my resume and asked me about why I wanted to get into the provider EMS side of healthcare. It was very casual and a nice conversation. They got back to me a couple days later with a job offer
