I was screened 3 times within a month for 3 different roles by the same HR despite having detailed telephonic conversation regarding my fitment for a particular role which I had applied. The conversation turned our very difficult because of the unprofessional, careless, ignorant and impolite behavior of HR who gave me a frustrating experience in the pre-screening round by sending emails for 4 different job roles, calling me 3 different times for screening without remembering previous conversations and also mentioned that I'll get back to you. But I never received any update on my application !
To top it all, during the screening process I was asked personal questions to the extent that how did u manage finances to take care of family during the break of few months which I took to take care of my family and welcome a new family member. I was surprised at first by being asked personal questions such as how I am trying to stay afloat in these times rather than discussing my experience. But it started bothering me as the HR asked the same on every call !
The conversation became sore when I was asked about my expectations. When I conveyed the same and mentioned it was negotiable once we understand each others expectations from the role, I was left disparaged when the HR ridiculed about me keeping such unrealistic expectation.
To sum it all, it was HORRIBLE experience and I do not even wish to apply for for any position if I have to go through such experience again.
