Positing overall. Just have background in research. Recruiter called first and we talked for an hour. Manager set a meeting up with me and that went pretty well. Love the people that work here. Everyone is super passionate about what they do, some almost too passionate.

applied online and was interviewed 2 weeks later. Initial interview was a phone screening/Interview that was fairly challenging. Phone conversation lasted around 30min-1hr, at the end of the interview they offered to set up an appointment for a second round. I then interviewed before a panel of 6 or 7 managers and and maybe a single executive— some of the questions were the same and some were new and unique. Every person asked at least a single question, the process took around an hour. I was then meant to meet with the PI for a final round, but to my surprise they extended an offer about a week later. Somewhat stressful process(I mean, you're interviewing and it's competitive), but an over-all positive experience.
