I saw an add online looking for a bank teller position in my area so I went ahead and applied for it. 2 Days later I got a phone call from a 3rd party hiring company out of Massachusetts inquiring that I applied for the bank teller position. They set me up with an interview the next day. The interview process took 25 minutes. Here is what found out. Health insurance will kick after one has been employed there for 30 days at the beginning of the month. Was told the health insurance deduction on paycheck was not that much. 401K is matching up to 5%. You get a $100 clothing voucher which equivalate to about 3 articles of clothing. You must buy and wear their Huntington brand clothing with black pants. Daily staff meetings before opening. You could not sit down unless one has a doctor's excuse. In order to move up into this company, it is all based on sales of the Huntington Credit Cards. So if one isn't good at selling credit cards, you will not move up. I was offered $11.00 an hour since I had a college education. If I didn't have a college education it was $10.00 an hour. The next day I got a call from that 3rd party hiring company telling me that I got the job. I declined the job because of the $11.00 an hour being too low and I'm not that great at selling credit cards nor do I feel they should be pushed on customers. The entire process from start to finish took 4 days.
