Huntington Bank prides themselves so much on caring about people and being about people and this and that about people ... so .... try applying for a job there and see how much they really care about people.
Had an interview with the company in which I had to speak to 7 people - only 1 of which actually read my resume since the other 6 were constantly asking me questions along the lines of "who are you," "why are you here," "what have you done." Having to constantly connect the dots made for a great time.
Afterwards, the company entirely ghosted. They offered up phone numbers I could call with follow up questions or if I needed information about the process. I used these numbers, and the e-mail addresses. No one responded.
Finally after 3 months, since they care about people so much, I received the nice automated form email telling me they hired someone who more closely matched the needs of the position. Of course they did ... since this person's LinkedIn profile clearly painted a picture of hardly any experience in anything - let alone banking - but that's how it always goes, right?
And of course, when I contacted them regarding feedback from the interview process and my interview application - absolutely nothing.
Yep, they sure care about people.
