It was Brief, 3 rounds of meeting, the questions were similar in all the three rounds, It was back to back. The process of feedback was quick. Overall it was good discussion.
Candidate engagement process is there. They take candidate details and share some company details too. they can try f2f discussion often better interview techniques and process. But process gets too stretched and time consuming and lacks proper evaluation to match deserving offers. Same issue gets carry forward in future discussions
