The interview process was extremely disappointing. I originally had a phone interview, and immediately followed up with another phone interview with one of the senior supervisors, and then a group interview. I went through multiple rounds fairly quickly (within a two week span) just to not hear back from them for months and recently receive a rejection letter. It seems like the HRC's M.O. is to take their candidates through multiple rounds and pretend like they value our time, just to ghost us and never hear back from them again until months later. It's not cool and very disappointing to be quite honest. I expected more from a company who knows how hard it is to be a POC and a part of the LGBTQ+ community in the average work force, and to do better than these other companies.
