Entrevista
First interview was by phone, second round was at the DC office with human resources then department staff and director. Phone interview was more of an initial screening lasting 15-20 minutes. They got back to me for a second interview in less than a week.
There were multiple rounds of interviews including a panel and a phone screener and a written assignment near the end that made you plan an event for the company in the future
