I answered an Indeed ad and was brought in for an interview the next day. I had spoke to a gentleman on the phone that was extremely nice and professional. The office was very run down and extremely hard to find. When entering, it looked like something out of the 70's. When I got to the interview he met me and we proceeded to the conference room. We had a great chat while we were waiting for someone else to join us. When this individual entered the room everything changed. With his personality, he was obviously not a sales guy so I'm not really sure why he was involved with the interview. He sat down and looked at my resume and I could tell he was a very angry person. He proceeded to ask me questions with a very aggressive and condescending tone. Every time I answered him he told me he didn't understand what I was saying and he had a ridiculous look on his face. I have been in sales and management for 20 years and have never felt threatened enough to get up and walk out for an interview until this day. The other gentleman just sat there and looked at me. I excused myself and walked out. As I got in the car and drove away, I was so happy I met this jerk before I got involved with this company. I do feel bad about the first gentleman because he was a very nice person. I wonder what he thought about what happened? This was probably not the first time he saw this behavior from his co-worker.
