Was mainly questions based of skills on your resume and how comfortable you were with every skill/experience listed. After a while it felt as if interviewer was running out of questions and trying to make ones up on the spot.

I was interviewed on site at Gaithersburg, MD as a part of career fair onsite The interview process and management itself was pathetic and I would not recommend to interview here, I was initially asked to interview for entry level network engineer and I was also interviewed for mainly systems engineering position which was vague even after asking the HR that i was not told informed about interviewing for a different position, The interview process was screwed up. The interview was smooth and there were no issues, however i was told i would get an update that in 2 weeks which simply did not happen and i get an email stating that the company has placed all offers on hold till January 2023 as a part of reviews that need to be done by management in the company and would not be handing out offers to anyone and asked to try elsewhere however got an offer for Systems Engineer 2 in End of December 2022.

the questions were mostly based on final projects/capstone/linux/networking/internship experience/ projects worked during internship etc. and most of the questions will be from Resume and prepare a troubleshooting scenario of network and be prepared for scenario based questions.

The Phone interview is really good. Know the things well you mentioned in your resume. They asked if I know any programming. I mentioned that I don't have professional experience but I did build some arcade games with python.
