Discussed my experiences with 4 people and answered every question to the best of my ability with a bright and positive attitude and conversation went smoothly. I was even referred by an internal employee! They sounded excited to start working with me but they decided to just flat out ignore me for 2 weeks and then give the rejection letter. This was for an ENTRY LEVEL position yet they want SENIOR LEVEL responses to the interview questions. No explanations were given for my rejection. Terrible hiring process for such a large respected company.
