Submitted resume through recruiter at a college career fair. Contacted 2 weeks later for a phone interview. The phone interview was 80% technical and 20% historical (experiences/ previous work experiences) Selected for in-person interview. Met Recruiter who detailed the benefits of the company. Was then interviewed by three individuals each for an hour. Each of these 1 on 1 interviews were completely technical and purely based on your knowledge of the field. As a recent grad from college, I was asked technical questions that I knew were on a graduate level.
