3 round interview process. Typically starts with a phone screen then meeting the manager in addition to some other members on the team you may report to. Nothing out of the ordinary in the interview process.

The interview was a four part step if you include the screeninging call. First the screening call to introduce the business and share they are interested in meeting with me along with gathering additional information about my prior experience. Following the screening interview I met with two business leaders via Zoom interview for around 40 minutes. Following the first round interview I completed a Psychometric Assessment that took around 3 hours to complete. Following that assessment I took in my own home there was a second round of interviews conducted via Zoom. The whole process took around 30 days prior to receiving an offer.
