Virtual video screening with their internal recruiter which was decent then on to interview. I have to state that the internal recruiter was good; I didn’t have to chase them for updates which was much appreciated. The initial interview was rescheduled and on the day of; the interviewer was ten minutes late. Upon joining the interview; they didn’t have the common decency to apologise for their lateness and then during the hour long interview; there were interruptions on their side. This ranged from household noises, road works, their partner coming into camera shot to bring them a hot drink and their dog playing with them. I was asked for my salary expectations which often means they want to pay you rock bottom. The interviewer ended the interview by stating ‘thank you for your interest’ which more or less told Me of my application status as though they had their mind already made up prior to even interviewing me. I was happy that I wasn’t made to wait as their internal recruiter delivered the news as I expected but having read their countless reviews; I think I will mark this as a disappointment that is disguised as a blessing..but good luck in whatever it is you do Hudl; I don’t think I’ll ever consider you again as a potential employer..at least not whilst that interviewer is still working there!

By far, the most professional experience I have had to date. I was kept informed each step of the way, they delivered on the time promises, explained the process well and all of the technology worked impeccably well for video interviews and face to face interview planning. The recruiter was genuinely interest in my experience, valued the exchange, was on time and very engaged. No waiting games, no misleading promises, a genuinely positive experience. Amazing work!
