Approached by HR Recruiter after applying for the CSS role on their website. First round was a phone interview by the HR Recruiter to find out if you're aligned to the role they're hiring for. Second round was a technical round + interview which they'll send you a brief for and you'll need to prepare for it by reviewing the knowledge base + academy for basic info (they're not expecting you to know the assigned product well but to access your thought process for solving the issue and how you scope out the client's problem and answer in a support-worthy manner) and then an interview section by the Client Support Manager after the technical round. Final round consists of 3 sections, another technical section involving building a landing page and going through issues posed by the Product team, second section involved interviewing with a Customer Success Manager and third section involved interviewing with a Client Support Manager/Team Lead with each section lasting 30mins with a 15min break inbetween.
