The interview process was fair and clearly designed to be challenging, but not to trick you. The interview process consisted of an HR screen, 1x Director interview (experiences/successes), 3x back to back 45 min Director interviews (situational), 1x presentation. The process took longer than expected, due to the holiday season, which is fair. My TA contact did a great job keeping me up to speed as things progressed.

The interview followed a highly structured format, with numerous questions dedicated to behavior assessment. There was noticeably less emphasis on evaluating sales capabilities, which seemed to be a secondary consideration. This approach highlighted the importance placed on understanding behavioral traits over specific sales skills.
