1. Candidate screening call about your experience and motivation.
2. Online meeting with the hiring manager: This session is a deep dive into your background and current experience.
3. Two other online meetings with the Sales Director and Country Manager.
4. Last session; Case study (I recommend here to deep dive into HubSpot products and partners ecosystem. Your storytelling must be strong.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and the Partner Sales Recruiter was very helpful throughout the interview process. Moreover, the feedback was eventually in detail and on point.

Round 1 was with a recruiter, fairly straightforward but worth being prepared for.
Round 2 was with a PDM Manager
Round 3 was three seperate interviews with Managers in the Partner Segment, including one with a Director
Round 4 was a presentation / case study
The biggest thing to keep in mind here is that HubSpot leans HEAVILY on the STAR method - so it's important to have stories ready to go.
