They provided thoughtful feedback and helpful advice and guidance, plus useful blog posts from the Hubspot blog that helped with preparation for both values and the STAR method.

Rejected after meeting the hiring manager, but a feedback session was scheduled with clear and constructive reasons to work on. It's disappointing that this felt so unusual, but well done Hubspot for doing what others should.
Only criticism was that the interview was rigidly 7 questions, I understand the need for consistency, but the way it was structured with points interrupted on the basis they would be used again later made for a disjointed experience.
