The interview process was long but it moved quickly, was efficient, and was ultimately beneficial in helping me succeed in my role. The people who I interviewed with are people who I work closely with now and it was great to be able to really ask questions and get perspective on what they were hoping I would bring to the company. Using the STAR method for interviewing was helpful and be sure to ask your recruiter any questions that you have about the process.
