The interview process I felt was very thorough. Once I had submitted my online application I was contacted by a recruiter for screening, this initial phone conversation lasted approximately 30min. Following this phone call I was then contacted by the individual I would be working directly below in my role, the types of questions seemed to be mainly for her to get a feel about what kind of person I was and if I would fit into the culture of the company. At the conclusion of this conversation a time was scheduled for a final round of in-person interviews, here I met with three key individuals from HubSpot. The three face to face interviews were all conducted separately and each interviewer seemed to focus on unique aspects of myself, both career wise and personally. The interviews consisted of a variety of behavioral questions and a lot of questions about my career aspirations. Following these interviews I was contacted by the recruiter who informed me that I had made it to the final two of the interview process but that they felt hat the other candidate's career aspirations were more in line with the position in question.
