I submitted an application through the company website in early September. Within a week I received an email from the recruiter informing me I'd been selected to start their interview process. The process was then as follows: September 7 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter discussing my technical background. September 11 3 hour online coding exercise completed on my own. September 23 1 hour google hangouts technical interview with a tech lead. October 7 3x1 hour onsite technical interviews with three different tech leads and a 30 min technical/behavioural interview with a director of engineering. Each of the three tech leads asked a different style of question; one on database modelling, one on algorithm design, and one on product design. October 11 - offer.

I went through several rounds, including an initial screening, a technical assessment, and follow-up interviews. The process was well structured, but I found the technical part challenging because it required both problem-solving and clear communication under time pressure. The interviewers were professional, and the questions were relevant to the role. Although I did not receive an offer, the experience was still valuable and helped me understand the company’s expectations better.
