I got the job opening from one of my college batch mate who was already working in Huawei. Within a few days after submitting my CV, I was scheduled for an interview. The interview itself was fast and not that much of technical aspect as I was the last to be interview and at that time, most employess were from my university and so I think that had some bearing on me getting the job.

The interview was posititive,conducted online,there were about 4 participants including a Chinese engineer, the HR Manager and a South African Engineer. Mostly were questions about Huawei products.It was a Teams Meeting, therefore I suggest you have a strong network connection.
