Entrevista
I was recruited in a Campus event, they invited me to do a round of interviews after which I was called to be offered a position. The first rounds were mostly aspirational and talk about yourself kind of questiona but they got harder as I passed from one round to another, I also felt that each interviewer had a candidate in mind that they were specifically seeking for

Too long and very stressful . No transparency. May as well ghost you for a while before response. During interviews, it is relaxed. Minimum of 3 interviews before onboarding. Onboarding is long process too
The first question they asked was, "Tell us about yourself." It felt like a generic opener, but it was vague and didn’t provide much direction. I ended up giving a brief overview of my background, but it felt disconnected.

They asked me about my "greatest weakness," but it felt more like a filler question. It didn’t really seem relevant to the role or give any insight into my skills.
