The interview was unclear on what they want, as for the English to Chinese language barrier. However great communications skills allow us to understand each other. The interview was both technical on an engineering level and sales on business management level. Which we identify business opportunities in the region and direction of technology in the world. Too long and very stressful . No transparency. May as well ghost you for a while before response. During interviews, it is relaxed. Minimum of 3 interviews before onboarding. Onboarding is long process too
The first question they asked was, "Tell us about yourself." It felt like a generic opener, but it was vague and didn’t provide much direction. I ended up giving a brief overview of my background, but it felt disconnected.
