The interview process was fairly straight forward. I first met with the HR recruiter and went through an initial interview focused on my background and why I was applying for the position. The next interview was with the hiring manager who let me mostly take charge of the interview by asking questions and explaining why I would be a good fit for the position with my experience. The last interview was on site to confirm compatibility with the team.
