The interview process was very succinct and predictable which I appreciated. I had contact with HR who indicated that I would be interviewed by two KAM leads and then the head of the department. HR was on each of the Teams interviews which I appreciated so there was some consistency. I was asked very thought provoking questions and at one point was put into a negotiation scenario to test what my abilities were. Although I didn't know exactly how to respond so I stayed open to being coached and the interviewer was very receptive to that. I was never kept hanging in the process and they were very quick to follow up and progress to next steps.
