First there was a phone interview to establish the basics, I was then asked to come in person for an interview. The interview was with two people in the company. I was asked basic interview questions, "tell me about yourself, explain your work history, tell me about your strengths and weaknesses". Was point blank asked what I wanted to be paid - which was awkward as that had never been posed to me before in an interview. I stumbled a bit through the interview and didn't think I was going to receive an offer. I ended up sending a follow up email thanking them for their time.
