Entrevista
I've interviewed with Houston Methodist prior to this experience. Perhaps there's been some internal changes since then that lead to a pretty unpleasant interview process this time around.
It all started with a contact from a HR representative who seemed pretty unorganized. Lots of failed points of contact, but I was eventually scheduled for a pre-screen interview with one of their senior recruiters. My experience with this recruiter wasn't much better. As mentioned before, I've interviewed with Methodist before and had expectations of how they conducted their recruiting. This time the recruiter showed up late, regaled me with a sea of intrusive questions that were not job specific, and ended the conversation short without ever mentioning a single function of the job itself or why it may be relevant to anything on my resume which we also did not discuss.
Perhaps it was a screening for a potential "culture fit", but it was incredibly impersonal, rushed and disappointing. Quite the introduction to the organization.

Interviewed with Houston Methodist. I went through four rounds of interviews. One with a recruiter, the hiring manager, the hiring manager and team and the last with the Marketing Director. Unfortunately I didn’t receive an offer. The questions were pretty straight forwarded.

Interviewed with several different people in the Department, many of whom seemed to be called in last minute. Did not seem very professional at all. Very disorganized and not wel thought out questions.
