Very laid back and causal. This was for a graduate nurse position, the pre screening event. This was and quick and easy process, nothing to be worried about. Just be honest and be your best self.
Received an email for invitation to attend pre-screening event. First round is 15 min pre-screening event with all of Houston Methodist. Second round 30 mins is a virtual interview via Microsoft Teams.

the interview went well and interviewer was nice. You can expect questions related to situational//behavioral and questions about why you want to be a nurse. My experience has been great with Methodist.
