Was called for an in person phone screen, and about a week later called back for an interview. Interview went really went, 3 nurse managers asked questions and made me feel really comfortable. Called back a week later for an offer.
Received an email for invitation to attend pre-screening event. First round is 15 min pre-screening event with all of Houston Methodist. Second round 30 mins is a virtual interview via Microsoft Teams.

the interview went well and interviewer was nice. You can expect questions related to situational//behavioral and questions about why you want to be a nurse. My experience has been great with Methodist.
